Meat Selections

We offer excellent select cuts of meat to our menu.  You can choose from prime rib, roast beef, swiss steak and gravy, rotisserie chicken, barbeque chicken breasts, roasted turkey, roasted pork loin, sirloin steak, baked cod, chicken parm, honey baked ham or chicken alfredo pasta. 

Choice of Potato

Add your choice of potato to your meal.  We offer baby baker potatoes, red herb potatoes, mashed potatoes or macaroni and cheese.

Our Vegetable Choices

You can choose from green beans almandine, green bean casserole, glazed baby carrots or a malibu blend.  A garden salad and dinner rolls are already included with meals.

And For Dessert

We can provide either cookies, brownies, or cheesecake for dessert selections to put a finishing touch to your meal.

Cruise fees with a meal option is $400 per hour NOT including food costs.  Cruise fees without food service or less than $100 in food costs runs $500 per hour.   Again, private cruises are set on a 30-minimum passenger rate for meals and for a two-hour minimum.

Let us take you through the planning stages for your cruise. We try to cover just everything you need to make your cruise memorable. Simply print off this sheet and start the planning stages and our staff will guide you all the way to the finishing touches.

Once the planning is decided, the final step in locking in your cruise date is to send in a deposit of the full cruise fee and a signed contract. Special situations such as class reunions can be secured at a reduced rate.
